Where do you ship to?
We ship from our warehouse in Germany to:

EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Outside the EU: Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein and Monaco.
We do not currently ship to any other country.
How much is delivery?
- EU countries: €4.95 tracked shipping. Free on orders over €400.
- Denmark: 38 DKK. Free on orders over 3 000 DKK.
- Sweden: 55 SEK. Free on orders over 4 400 SEK.
- Norway: 55 NOK tracked shipping. Free on orders over 4 300 NOK.
- Switzerland: CHF 8.95. Free on orders over CHF 370.
- Liechtenstein and Monaco: €12.95.
The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Customs and import taxes
EU orders ship from stock inside the EU, so there are no customs or import charges. Orders to Switzerland, Norway and Liechtenstein are shipped VAT-free from our warehouse. The destination country may charge import VAT, customs duties and the carrier's customs clearance fees on import. These are paid by the buyer, are not included in our prices and are not charged or collected by us.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are handled within 1–2 business days and normally arrive within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. We normally use DHL or UPS, and all orders are shipped in plain packaging.
Can you deliver to my work address or another address?
Yes. Just enter the alternative delivery address at checkout. We will contact you if there are any security issues.
What payment options do you accept?
American Express, Apple Pay, Bancontact, BLIK, EPS, Google Pay, iDEAL Wero, Klarna, Maestro, Mastercard, MobilePay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Union Pay, Visa and Bank Deposit. If you pay by Bank Deposit, your order ships once the payment has arrived.
